2022 Reminiscence

The name is inspired by the wines made by Maurice O’Shea who was one of Australia’s most respected winemakers and is often referred to as the father of Australia’s modern winemaking.

Reminiscence is a lighter bodied wine with strawberry, raspberry and plum aromas from both the Pinot Noir and Shiraz fruit. A touch of fresh leather and spice adds complexity to the bouquet. The palate is wonderfully soft and round. It this very soft and fruity style that reminded us of those “Burgundy” styles made by Maurice O’Shea. The Shiraz adds a little richness to the mid-palate of this very approachable wine.
