The Chardonnay is handpicked and gently whole-bunch pressed before being matured in French oak. Lovely fresh flavours and complexity with hints of tropical fruit.

We grow 11 varieties of grapes, each with several different clones. Small parcels of up to 100 cases are made from outstanding years and, as such, availability is limited: Sangiovese/Cabernet, Chardonnay/Roussanne, Nebbiolo, Shiraz, Viognier.
