Pinot Gris is the “noble”variety of Alsace. The grapes were handpicked and allowed to retain some natural sugars to create a rich luscious aromatic wine which complements the spiciness of asian foods.

We grow 11 varieties of grapes, each with several different clones. Small parcels of up to 100 cases are made from outstanding years and, as such, availability is limited: Sangiovese/Cabernet, Chardonnay/Roussanne, Nebbiolo, Shiraz, Viognier.
