The Pinot Noir is handpicked and matured in French oak barriques. The winemaking follows a natural, patient approach with minimum intervention to maximize the pinot characters. A softer but robust red with great colour, cherry, chocolate and aromatic fruit provide delicious flavour and complexity on the nose.

We grow 11 varieties of grapes, each with several different clones. Small parcels of up to 100 cases are made from outstanding years and, as such, availability is limited: Sangiovese/Cabernet, Chardonnay/Roussanne, Nebbiolo, Shiraz, Viognier.
