2017 Pinot Noir
Striking deep purple in colour. Aromas include sweetly spiced blood plum and summer berries, with hints of chocolate and earthy complexity.
The palate is brightly structured with rich, ripe flavours of plum and blackberry. The wine finishes with soft tannins and fresh, lush acidity.

Dry and spicy but with enough fruit to carry the style. This is fast becoming one of the standout Pinot Noirs of the region. Deli meat, wood smoke and boysenberry flavours build an anthem of impressive flavour.

It’s impressive. Its perfumed and welcoming with fresh summer berries, spice and floral notes jumping out at you. It seems eager to please, in a good way, but it’s also underpinned by strings of savoury/spicy/woody tannin. Oak plays a positive but modest role. And it’s juicy with fruit through the finish. Most enjoyable.
