2017 Pinot Grigio
A perfect white for a Summer's day
Indigo Pinot Grigio is a delicious dry white. It is mainly unoaked but we blend in a small amount of barrel fermented Roussanne to add complexity to the wine. Pinot Gris/ Pinot Grigio, both are made from the same grape with the name on the wine usually indicating its sweetness. Labelled as Pinot Gris indicates a sweeter wine while Pinot Grigio a drier style.
