2021 Black Ink

Black Ink exists for those who enjoy a bolder blend.  A blend of Shiraz, Durif, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga.  The Shiraz provides the structure for this blend and the Durif provides the lift and boldness.  Beechworth Cabernet Sauvignon lends and elegance and a cheeky splash of Touriga brings everything together. 

Enjoy this wine with red meats and bolder flavoured foods.
