2022 Secret Village Viognier
Viognier is native to the Rhone Valley and its key feature is its aromas. Apricot and peach characters feature. Using old oak gives texture to the palate. Lovely long mouth feel without apricots taking over. The wine has enough body to tackle rich red meats like our vineyard raised lamb, as well as spicy dishes. Tres versatile!

This label is reserved for wines which are of exceptional quality and tiny production. The name comes from the camp at Big Hill built in 1875 for the construction of the railway to Beechworth. All that remains is the base of two brick kilns which were used for the construction of the culverts.
