Always alluring, our Viognier balances an exotic perfume with fresh peach flavours.  The bouquet is one of the best parts of this wine: floral, peach, unique. We always suggest that Viognier is a food wine. It has a rich, soft texture that makes it sensational with full flavoured fish, chicken and pork roasts and you can throw in plenty of garlic and ginger. The full flavour of Viognier will be a perfect match.

This label is reserved for wines which are of exceptional quality and tiny production. The name comes from the camp at Big Hill built in 1875 for the construction of the railway to Beechworth. All that remains is the base of two brick kilns which were used for the construction of the culverts.
