Frizzante is all about bright flavour matched to mouth-filling sizzle.  Made from red grapes picked early to retain fresh fruit flavours. The aromas of fairy floss and fresh yeast lead into a palate bursting with flavour: raspberry and blackberry fruit. The Frizz is an important part of this wine. With low alcohol, the Frizz adds mouth-filling freshness. This wine has a lovely balance between a touch of sweet fruit and freshness.
