Secret Village Pinot Noir 2023
The 2023 Secret Village Pinot Noir continues our style of elegant and complex lighter bodied Pinot Noir wines. The bouquet shows a mix of fruit and savoury characters: cherry notes, beetroot, orange peel and compost heap. The palate has the same lovely balance: seamlessly intertwined fruit notes and meaty depth. A firm finish suggests this is real food wine which will continue to grow over the next few years.

This label is reserved for wines which are of exceptional quality and tiny production. The name comes from the camp at Big Hill built in 1875 for the construction of the railway to Beechworth. All that remains is the base of two brick kilns which were used for the construction of the culverts.
