The palate is medium bodied, typical of our cool climate Shiraz wines. The mature tannins create a very lingering savoury finish.

This label is reserved for wines which are of exceptional quality and tiny production. The name comes from the camp at Big Hill built in 1875 for the construction of the railway to Beechworth. All that remains is the base of two brick kilns which were used for the construction of the culverts.
