A very pretty bouquet: violets and roses, apricot, raspberry and spicy vanilla. The palate has lovely fruit up front: the Viognier accentuates the raspberry of the Shiraz. Elegant, but at the same time round, full and juicy in the mid-palate, exotic flavours with a finish that is structured with French Oak and a lingering flavour.
